Terms & Conditions for Training Programs

Commission Members



General provisions:

  • The trainee can register in the training programs through the Bankruptcy Commission's website.
  • Clicking on “interested" means adding your e-mail to notify you when the registration is open.
  • Registering does not mean that the trainee is accepted into the program.
  • The trainee must agree to the Commission's right to record the training session and use it.
  • The Commission can provide the training sessions or the exams through any platform it sees fit

 
Paying policy:

  • Whoever is interested in applying for an expert license must attend and take the exam for the first and second level of the bankruptcy practitioners' training program.
  • The trainee must pay the fees of the training program and the exam after receiving the acceptance e-mail and the invoice from the Bankruptcy Commission, the money then should be transferred to the Commission's account described in the invoice. A copy of the transfer should be provided to the Commission.
  • The money must be deposited within (3) days from the date of receipt of the registration acceptance e-mail and invoice, the seat will be reserved after the payment is completed, if the payment is not completed within the specified period the registration will be canceled.
  • The trainee must attend at least attend 75% of the course training hours, otherwise, the trainee will not be allowed to take the exam.
  • The trainee must obtain a test score of at least (60%) to pass the training program.
  • The test is held at the end of each program or at a time set by the Bankruptcy Commission.
  • The camera must be turned on throughout the training day when the program is held remotely, and throughout the exam time when held remotely.
  • The trainee must pass all the levels of the bankruptcy practitioners' training program.
  • The Bankruptcy Commission can conduct the exam in any way it sees fit, and the trainee must bring what they need such as books, references, or any other tools that enable them to finish the exam.
  • The fee for the exam is (8000) Riyals when it is not remote, however, when it is remote it is (6000) Riyals paid all at once.
  • The fees for the financial report exam are (1000) Riyals.
  • If the trainee fails to attend the training program, they lose their right to a refund, that is unless they provide a formal excuse. However, the Bankruptcy Commission has the right to accept or reject the excuse.

  

Refund policy:

  • In case you want to cancel your registration and get a refund, you can submit your request through the Commission's Contact Us page at least (14) days prior to the start date of the program. However, the Bankruptcy Commission can accept or reject the request.
  • You can get a refund if the request has been sent during the specified period in accordance with the following:

If the trainee is unable to pass one of the stages, they may apply for a refund for the later stages, as follows:

  • The trainee can change their registration to any other training program on another date or city only once, on the condition they change the request (14) days prior to the start date of the program and only if the Bankruptcy Commission approves.
  • The trainee can change their registration to any other training program only once, on the condition that they change the request at least (14) days prior to the start date of the program.
  • The Commission has the right to cancel any training program or change the date of the program without any liabilities.




     

    Exams:

    The Violations: it is prohibited to commit any of the following violations:
  • Not following any of the attendance instructions.
  • Cheating or attempting to cheat in the exams.
  • Using mobile phones, earphones, smartwatches, or cameras inside the exam room.
  • Hampering the work of the Commission during or after the exam.
  • Verbally or physically assault any of the Bankruptcy Commission employees, whoever represents them, or other trainees.
  • Ripping exam papers or ruining them.
  • Taking a copy of the questions or the answers in any way.
  • Exposing the exam questions at any time after taking the exam.

     

    Penalties: anyone who commits any of these previous penalties will be punished in the following ways:
  • Not allowed to take the exam
  • Cancel the results
  • Prohibited from taking the exam for a specified period set by the Commission.

When the trainee fails the exam a second time, they can request to retake the exam within 6 months of the exam date.500 Riyals
Pay for the full programIf the trainee does not pass the exam the third time, then the trainee must register again in the program.

  • The trainee can submit a review of the exam result within two of issuing the result, and any requests made following that specified time will not be looked at.




    Intellectual rights:
  • Copyright and all other intellectual property for all training materials are considered private and exclusive property of the Bankruptcy Commission.
  • The trainee cannot print or publish training material whatsoever.
  • The trainee's training bag and training material is designed to complete the training course only.
