As part of the continuous education programs for bankruptcy officeholders and experts, the Bankruptcy Commission held a virtual workshop titled " Regulations for the Reasoning of the Decisions Taken by the Officeholder", on Wednesday the 2nd of Safar 1443, corresponding to 09th of September 2021. In which 123 officeholders and experts attended.
The workshop covered the elements and structure of action reasoning and the framework of execution, as well as recognizing formulation flaws, and the best practices of building a platform that will help enable the Court in implementing the required supervision. The workshop also covered how to benefit from a great formulation of actions and decisions to achieve knowledge accumulation, promote and develop labor culture, achieve consistency in performance, and building business models that ensure credibility and predictability. The workshop concluded by discussing the questions asked by the audience and answering a range of questions related to the subject of the workshop.
