"Eisar" convened a virtual introductory meeting (remote) for female students of the College of Law at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, titled: "Available Solutions for the Continuity of Business Activities Facing Distress Under the Bankruptcy Law," on Monday, 18 Sha'ban 1446 AH – February 17, 2025.
The meeting aimed to raise awareness of bankruptcy procedures and clarify "Eisar" role in ensuring transparency through the issuance of legislative documents, guidance manuals, electronic services, and the qualification of practitioners and stakeholders in the field of bankruptcy. It also introduced bankruptcy trustees and experts, highlighting their role in managing and improving the quality of bankruptcy procedure implementation.
The session reviewed the stages that economic enterprises go through from their establishment, shedding light on key approaches to addressing financial distress in businesses. It also examined the available solutions under the Bankruptcy Law to overcome financial difficulties and ensure business continuity. Furthermore, the technological services provided by "Eisar" on its official website were presented.
Notably, the event was attended by (44) faculty members and students from the College of Law, and the workshop concluded with a discussion of attendees' inquiries and responses to them.
