As part of its continuous education programs targeting bankruptcy trustees and experts, Eisar conducted a virtual workshop titled "Supervising the Financial Restructuring Plan" on Tuesday, 18 Jumada Al-Awwal 1446 AH , corresponding to November 20, 2024.
The workshop aimed to provide detailed insights into the trustee's role in financial restructuring procedures, outlining their powers, protective measures, and oversight responsibilities during plan execution. It also covered the significance of periodic reports, scenarios where plan modifications may be requested, and steps to address situations where plan implementation becomes unfeasible. Additionally, the session offered a platform to discuss the challenges trustees face during plan supervision.
The workshop lasted for one-and-a-half-hour and was attended by 334 attendees, including trustees, experts, and professionals working in fields related to the bankruptcy law. The workshop concluded with an interactive Q&A , addressing the participants' inquiries and fostering a collaborative exchange of ideas.
