"ESAR" in collaboration with the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at), held a workshop titled "Available Solutions for the Continuity of Distressed Business Activities under the Bankruptcy Law" on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, corresponding to 16 Safar 1446 AH.

During the workshop, Mr. Omar Al-Awad from "ESAR" discussed the various stages that economic enterprises go through from their establishment, highlighting the key reasons that may lead to financial distress. He also presented the available solutions under the Bankruptcy Law to help businesses overcome financial difficulties and ensure the continuity of their operations. Additionally, he elaborated on the benefits of the Bankruptcy Law and the services provided by ESAR.

The workshop was attended by beneficiaries from the Authority's employees and entrepreneurs at the Enterprise Support Center in Riyadh. The session concluded with a discussion where attendees' questions were addressed.
