The Bankruptcy Commission "Eisar," actively participated in the 2nd Annual Financial Restructuring Conference for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on Monday and Tuesday, the 9th and 10th of Sha'ban 1445 Hijri, February 19th and 20th, 2024.

Eisar's participation aligns with its mandate under the bankruptcy law​, aiming to raise awareness and showcase the Kingdom's experience in implementing the law​​. The Commission engaged with experts to support the continuity of struggling economic activities. Eisar's involvement highlighted the objectives of the Saudi bankruptcy law, key performance indicators, and the committee's role in empowering beneficiaries through education programs and relevant digital services.

It is noteworthy that the conference drew the participation of 380 attendees from various public, private, and professional sectors across the Middle East and North Africa.
