The Bankruptcy Commission “Eisar" participated in a seminar held by the International INSOL Organization titled "INSOL Seminar in Riyadh," on Monday, January 22, 2024, at the Mövenpick Hotel in Riyadh.

The seminar highlighted various local and international topics encompassing economic and legal landscapes, practical approaches for business continuity, stakeholder collaboration in restructuring, and insights into insolvency and restructuring from expert perspectives. The discussions included a focus on "Reassessing Insolvency and Frameworks for Successful Restructuring" as well as exploring innovations, opportunities, and a forward-looking perspective.

The seminar witnessed the presence of 220 participants, including practitioners and enthusiasts in the field of bankruptcy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Among them were bankruptcy officeholders, bankruptcy experts, representatives from banks, lawyers, accountants, and consulting firms.
