Within the ongoing Continuous Education Programs tailored for Bankruptcy Officeholders and Experts, the Bankruptcy Commission “Eisar" organized a virtual workshop titled "Moratorium Scope and Its Impacts." The workshop took place on Tuesday, December12, 2023.

The committee aimed to discuss the objectives of moratorium, review its scope in various bankruptcy procedures, explore its consequences, address exceptions during moratorium, and highlight practical challenges related to the topic.

The workshop lasted for one hour and a half starting from 4:00PM on Tuesday, with a total of 200 participants, including officeholders, experts, and professionals practicing in fields related to bankruptcy law. The session concluded with a productive discussion, addressing queries from the participants.
