As part of the continuous education programs held by the Bankruptcy Commission for officeholders, experts and practitioners, SBC held a virtual (online)  workshop titled: Practical solutions to address the challenges arising from business continuity, liquidation and asset sale – international experiences, on Wednesday November 8, 2023.

The workshop, which was held in cooperation with INSOL International, CLDP and the World Bank, aimed to present a wide range of practical experiences related to asset sales in a number of international experiences by international experts in the field of addressing financial distress of the economic enterprises.

The workshop was attended by those interested in Bankruptcy Law, such as bankruptcy officeholders, experts and specialists in the public and private sectors.
