The Bankruptcy Commission participated in a workshop held by Dentons Law Firm entitled: “Restructuring and Insolvency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 in Mövenpick Hotel in Riyadh.

The Commission's participation aimed to raise awareness about the Bankruptcy Law and the efficiency of its procedures and applications, enhance transparency for its beneficiaries, present the experience of KSA in this field, and highlight and review the Commission's competencies and tasks set forth in the Bankruptcy Law and its roles to implement the law.

The workshop was attended by bankruptcy practitioners and those interested in the Bankruptcy Law from various sectors. The number of attendees exceeded (160) participants from banks, legal, advisory and accounting offices, bankruptcy officeholders and experts.​
