The Bankruptcy Academy launched by the Bankruptcy Commission last year, adhered to the standards of excellence in training programs, aims to raise awareness about the Bankruptcy Law, provide opportunities for self-learning, and contribute to raising the quality of doing business related to the Bankruptcy Law. The Bankruptcy Academy also provides an interactive learning environment for training and qualification. In addition, it provides information and training materials that can be obtained at any time through the academy's website. This is to facilitate obtaining an officeholder's license or an expert's license. The Academy is one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030.
Through the Academy, trainees can attend training programs and obtain attendance certificates that qualify them for the professional exams necessary to obtain officeholder's license and expert's license. The Academy offers a number of foundation programs such as the Training Program for Bankruptcy Practitioners, the Fundamentals of Financial Accounting and Reporting, and a number of continuous educational programs.
The E-Learning Innovation Award aims to raise the quality of programs provided in e-learning and training, to stimulate innovation by highlighting those distinguished in creating the best solutions and practices in the sector, and to honor the efforts made to activate e-learning and training and developing human capabilities.
