As part of the continuous education programs for bankruptcy officeholders and experts, the Bankruptcy Commission held a webinar titled: Approaches to Promoting a More Efficient and Effective Restructuring Regime, on Wednesday 24 of Dhul-Hijjah, corresponding to the 12th of July 2023.

The workshop aims to address several issues such as solutions to Efficient and Effective Restructuring Regime, the workshop has Moderated by Andres Martinez, and the Speakers are Judge Thomas j. Catliota, Mr. Patrick j. Potter and Mr. Simon Charlton.

The workshop was concluded by discussing and answering the questions raised by the officeholders, experts, and bankruptcy practitioners.
