The Bankruptcy Commission participated in the Financial Restructuring MENA Conference as a strategic partner in Abu Dhabi - UAE on Wednesday and Thursday 23-24 Shaaban, corresponding to 15-16 March 2023.
The conference witnessed the Secretary-General's speech about the most important features of the financial restructuring procedure in Bankruptcy Law and prominent developments in the field. As well as the Commission's role in enabling the Law and its accomplishments.
The Bankruptcy Commission had a booth in the accompanying exhibition, it contained electronic services, exhibitors who answered any inquiries, a short introductory film about the Bankruptcy Law and the Commission's role in enabling it.
Over 300 participants from various sectors in the MENA region such as banks, companies, legal and consulting firms, accounting firms, representatives of government agencies, bankruptcy officeholders, and experts.
