​​​The Bankruptcy Commission will participate in Biban Forum 2023, organized by Monshaat on 9 -13 March at Riyadh Front  Exhibition & Conference under the slogan “Fostering Tangible Opportunities".

The Commission's aim in participating is to raise awareness about Bankruptcy Law and the efficiency of its procedures and applications. As well as to continue supporting enterprises and helping them overcome their financial difficulties while protecting the rights of all parties for economic development and sustainability.

The Commission also aims to increase awareness of Bankruptcy Law among bankruptcy officeholders, accountants, lawyers, the entire business community, and other stakeholders.

The Forum will include (9) doors that take the attendees into a holistic entrepreneurial journey: the launch door, growth door, E-commerce door, innovation door, market door, startup door, and enablement door.

It is crucial to note that a wide range of entrepreneurs and investors from all over the world will participate in the forum. The forum aims to strengthen the Kingdom's position as a destination and become the first choice for entrepreneurs regionally and internationally, as well as support the growth and competitiveness of entrepreneurs' projects, and encourage entrepreneurial culture.​
