​As part of continuous education programs for bankruptcy officeholders and experts, the Bankruptcy Commission held a virtual workshop titled “Suspicion Period and Cancellable Transactions​" on Wednesday 9th of Shaaban, corresponding to the First of March.

The workshop aims to clarify the suspicious period, and concept of related parties. as it aims to review the methods of treating cancellable transactions in bankruptcy procedures and the objective and procedural  reasons for the cancellation and its effects. along with the court's powers, as well as clarify the general framework for contesting the Court's decision.

The workshop was concluded by discussing and answering the questions raised by the (293) attendees of officeholders, experts, and bankruptcy practitioners.​​
