As part of continuous education programs for bankruptcy officeholders and experts, the Bankruptcy Commission held a virtual workshop titled “The New Evidence Law and its Impact on Studying Claims" on Tuesday the 9th of Rajab, corresponding to the 31th of January.
The workshop aims to clarify the important provisions included in the Evidence Law, as well as highlight the burden of proof, methods of proof, and how to evaluate its strength and authenticity. In addition to how to apply these provisions to the procedures of studying claims.
The workshop was concluded by discussing and answering the questions raised by the (380) attendees of officeholders, experts, and bankruptcy practitioners.
