The Bankruptcy Commission held a virtual workshop titled “the Best Practices of Drafting Decisions and Reports" on Tuesday the 29th of Rabi Alawal, corresponding to the 25th of October.
As part of continuous education programs for bankruptcy officeholders and experts, a workshop was conducted to discuss the best ways to enhance the performance of stakeholders in bankruptcy management, as well as to propose solutions regarding performance gaps, along with exchanging experiences and promoting the correct professional practices. The workshop also addressed the factors of drafting decisions and reports, such as termination of contracts, list of claims, proposal reports, and distribution decisions.
The workshop was presented by his excellency Mr. Mahr bin Othman Alsaed, the Assistant Deputy Minister for Policies & Regulations Affairs, there were (256) attendees of officeholders, experts, and bankruptcy practitioners, and was concluded by discussing and answering the attendees' questions.
