To enhance the partnership with relevant authorities and achieve Bankruptcy Law goals, the Bankruptcy Commission held a specialized workshop in partnership with the Ministry of Justice on Monday 10th of October in Riyadh
The workshop was on the development of the implementations of bankruptcy law, which was attended by the heads of the bankruptcy circuits, the judges, and the Bankruptcy Commission employees.
During the workshop different ideas to develop bankruptcy procedures were discussed, such as the application to commence the procedure and to register it, reviewing the process of commencing a bankruptcy procedure, the adjudication, and developing the process of implementing the commence procedure and the stages of terminating it.
