​​​On the 29th of Safar - the ​26th of September, the Bankruptcy Commission held a workshop in Riyadh titled: "Best Practices of Asset Sale in Liquidation Procedures". The workshop discussed developing the implementation of the Bankruptcy Law, (focus groups) were included. 

This workshop lasted 4 hours where the Bankruptcy Commission and bankruptcy professionals worked and cooperated to achieve the Law's goals and enhance the quality of its application. The workshop also aimed to exchange experiences between officeholders and experts, review experiences, challenges, and best practices as well as monitor the potential prospects for development. The program has resulted in several recommendations, to which (43) attendees of bankruptcy officeholders and licensed experts contributed.​​
