​​​​The Bankruptcy Commission concluded the Legal Training of Bankruptcy Practitioners Program where the program was held in Riyadh on Sunday at 17/8/1443 A.H corresponding to 20/3/2022 A.D and lasted for four months.

This program is a part of a series of programs aimed at professionals working in the bankruptcy field and is considered one of the requirements necessary to obtain a license to become an officeholder or an expert. More than 70 participants joined the program, and the program was divided into three stages: workshops, online courses, and exams.

This program aims to provide the trainee with a set of basic definitions, skills, and conduct that enables the trainee to work in the bankruptcy field and understand the general legislative framework of the Bankruptcy Law and its Implementing Regulations. As well as understanding the role of the judiciary, the Bankruptcy Commission, and the officeholders in bankruptcy procedures.
