On Sunday, 9th of Muharram 1444 A.H corresponding to the 7th of August 2022, the Bankruptcy Commission held a training program (Focus Group) titled: Best Practices in assets sale in liquidation procedures, which lasted for (4) hours in Jeddah.
The program aims to exchange experiences between officeholders and experts, review experiences, challenges, and best practices as well as monitor the potential prospects for development. The program has resulted in several recommendations, to which (28) attendees of bankruptcy officeholders and licensed experts contributed.
