The Bankruptcy Commission along with the Saudi Bar Association organized a symposium titled Bankruptcy Law in Saudi Arabia on Wednesday 23th of Dhu al-Qa'dah 1443 corresponding to the 22 of June 2022.
The Commission organized the symposium in an effort to raise awareness of the Bankruptcy Law and its procedures among lawyers, introduce the roles of the bankruptcy officeholders and experts, and learn about the qualifications and licensing process in accordance with the Bankruptcy Law.
The symposium was presented by Dr. Abdullah Al-Showish, Director of the Department of Training Development and Licensing at the Commission.
More than (500) attended the symposium, the attendees got their questions and inquiries answered by the speakers.
