As part of continuous education programs for bankruptcy officeholders and experts, the Bankruptcy Commission held a virtual workshop titled "Financing Distressed Companies" on Sunday, the 10th of Shabaan 1443 A.H, corresponding to the 13th of March 2022.
The workshop addressed topics related to liquidity for distressed companies and the structures available to provide financing by alternative credit agencies in Saudi Arabia, the workshop also reviewed the most prominent international and local practices in financing activities was conducted.
The workshop was two hours long and was concluded by discussing and answering the questions raised by the (186) attendees of officeholders, experts, and bankruptcy practitioners.
