As part of continuous education programs for bankruptcy officeholders and experts, the Bankruptcy Commission held a virtual workshop titled "Officeholder's Supervision on the Debtor's Activities" on Monday, the 27th of Rajab 1443, corresponding to the 28th of February 2022.
The workshop's aim was to enhance the performance of the players in bankruptcy procedure management, as well as to propose solutions regarding performance gaps. In addition to providing participants with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their duties fairly and accurately in an effective manner. Along with exchanging experiences and promoting the correct professional practices, taking into account the social, economic, and cultural environment achieving optimal practices of Bankruptcy Law in Saudi Arabia.
The workshop was two hours long and was concluded by discussing and answering the questions raised by the (311) attendees of officeholders, experts, and bankruptcy practitioners.
