The Bankruptcy Commission held a virtual briefing session for the employees of Capital Market Authority on 13/07/1443 A.H corresponding to 14/02/2022 A.D titled: Bankruptcy Law in Saudi Arabia.

The meeting's goal was to raise awareness of the Bankruptcy Law, its' objectives, and procedures. As well as to enhance the partnership between the Authority and the Commission in applying the Law.

It is important to mention that the Commission holds events regularly with their government and private partners who are involved in enabling the Bankruptcy Law.
