As part of continuous education programs for bankruptcy officeholders and experts, the Bankruptcy Commission held a virtual workshop titled "Best Practices of Asset Inventory​" on Tuesday, the 17th of Rabi Althani 1443, corresponding to the 22nd of November 2021.


The workshop was part of a targeted series of events under the topic of the viable components for the success of the financial restructuring procedure, the workshop addressed the challenges and obstacles associated with the time frames of assets inventory, the workshop touched on judicial treatment of the obstacles. As well as the difficulties related to the disputed joint property assets and the assets outside the Kingdom. The workshop also addressed the challenges facing asset valuation and discussed a range of challenges raised by participants.
