​As part of continuous education programs for bankruptcy officeholders and experts, the Bankruptcy Commission held a virtual workshop titled "Best Practices in Studying Claims" on Tuesday, the 13th of Rabi Alawal 1443, corresponding to the 19th of October 2021.


The workshop was a part of a series of events that addressed the most prominent problems and practical solutions in studying claims, by addressing challenges associated with time frames for reporting, announcing, receiving, editing, and proving claims, as well as the challenges of studying and adopting the final list of claims.

During the workshop, the creditors' claims system was presented. The workshop concluded by discussing and answering the questions raised by the (281) attendees of officeholders, experts, and bankruptcy practitioners.
