The Bankruptcy Commission signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, within the framework of cooperation and digital transformation. The agreement was signed by the Bankruptcy Commission in Charge Secretary-General Abdullah Al-Mogheerah, and by the Ministry of Human Resources H.E. Undersecretary for Labor Affairs Mr. Abdul Majid Al-Rashoudi.

This memorandum aims for e-connectivity, information facilitation, acquire information and documents related to the application of the Bankruptcy Law, advance the quality of information and documents related to the provisions of the Bankruptcy Law, and preserve the rights of employees of bankrupt companies.

The signing of the memorandum is in accordance with the Kingdom's vision 2030, as well as a constructive cooperation between government agencies in areas of common interest and within the framework of automating services between government agencies.
