The Bankruptcy Commission held a workshop titled: Bankruptcy Law Procedures, this workshop was held virtually in the Saudi Law Conference, on Tuesday 27th of Shaban 1442 Corresponding to 8th of June 2021.
The Commission's aim was to raise awareness about the Bankruptcy Law and its procedures, as well as explain the roles of the Commission, the bankruptcy officeholder, and the experts. Additionally, introducing the training program for practitioners, and licensing officeholders and experts according to the Bankruptcy Law.
Dr. Abdullah Alshowish, Director of the Training, Licensing, and Inspecting Department presented the workshop that witnessed (250) attendees that had their questions answered.
