The Bankruptcy Commission along with the Saudi Bar Association organized a symposium titled Bankruptcy Law on Sunday 29th of Shaban 1442 corresponding to the 11th of April 2021.
The Commission organized the symposium in an effort to raise awareness of the Bankruptcy Law and its procedures among lawyers, introduce the roles of the bankruptcy officeholders and experts, and learn about the qualifications and licensing process in accordance with the Bankruptcy Law.
The symposium was presented by Dr. Abdullah Al-Showish, Director of the Department of Training Development, Licensing, and Inspection at the Commission.
