As part of the continuing education programs for officeholders and experts, the Bankruptcy Commission held a virtual workshop titled Saudi Arabian Bankruptcy Law Sales Processes – Best Practices, on Wednesday 04/08/1442 A.H corresponding to 31/03/2021 A.D
The workshop dealt with many interesting topics such as the best methods of treatment related to presale asset valuation, the legal restrictions related to selling assets, the best options for asset sale and the considerations to be taken into account in this regard, and finally the best sale methods that result in good returns.
The workshop was attended by 125 professionals such as licensed officeholders and experts aiming to learn about the best practices in asset sale in accordance with the Bankruptcy Law.
