A memorandum between the General Authority of Zakat & Tax and the Bankruptcy Commission was signed on Monday 12/06/1441 A.H corresponding to 25/01/2021 A.D. This constructive cooperation aims to achieve their mutual interest in performing their role of implementing the Bankruptcy Law in line with both of their competencies.
The agreement included many areas of cooperation and data exchange, as well as connectivity, developing electronic services between both parties, transferring knowledge, exchanging experiences, raising awareness among the bankruptcy officeholders and the specialists of both parties.
The memorandum was signed by his Excellency the Secretary-General of the Bankruptcy Commission, Dr. Majid bin Abdulrahman Alrasheed and his Excellency Deputy Governor of the General Authority of Zakat & Tax, Mr. Mohannad Basodan.
