​​The workshop titled "Methods of Integration and Cooperation between Banks and Bankruptcy Officeholders" was held in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, Saudi Central Bank, National Competitiveness​ and Bankruptcy Commission, on Tuesday 13th of Jamada Al-Thani 1442 A.H, corresponding to 26th of January 2021 A.D.

The workshop aims to enable banks and bankruptcy officeholders in managing the bankruptcy procedures, and raise the level of communication and cooperation, as well as identify the prominent challenges and resolve them. This workshop is a continuation of the efforts made by the relevant authorities to enable the Bankruptcy Law and provide the methods that support the Law, as well as to develop the cooperation between banks and practitioners in the field of financial restructuring and liquidation, thus contributing to achieving the law's objectives and protect the rights of all parties involved.
