Within the framework of the continuous education program for officeholders and experts, the Bankruptcy Commission, in collaboration with the National Competitiveness Center and the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP), organized a workshop titled Managing a Business During Crises on Wednesday, 24th of Rabea Al-Thani 1442 Corresponding to the 9th of December 2020.
The workshop touched on many subjects such as the role of bankruptcy officeholders under the Saudi and the American Bankruptcy Law, the best ways to manage assets, and how the officeholder manages the business during crises.
It is worth mentioning that the workshop witnessed (162) attendees who got to ask the speakers questions.
