​The Bankruptcy Commission, in collaboration with PwC, organized an online symposium titled Best Practices of Building a Proposal and Implementing the Corporate Restructuring Plan on Tuesday, 1442/03/17 A.H corresponding to 11/4/2020 A.D

The aim of the Commission is to enhance the understanding of how to find the components of building a great proposal that can be approved and implemented, the best practices in classifying the creditors, and the importance of disclosure for a successful voting procedure and for ratifying the proposal. The speakers also touched on the officeholders' role in assisting in the building and ratification of the proposal as well as the voting procedures, and the officeholders' role in overseeing the implementation of the plan.

The Ministry of Commerce's Deputy Ministry of Business participated in the symposium represented by the Director of Corporate Compliance Department Mr. Saad bin Mubarak Al-Muaddi, who introduced the services that are provided for companies who have been suspended.

It is worth mentioning that the number of attendees who benefited from the symposium were (326). They had the opportunity to ask the speakers questions.
