​​The Bankruptcy Commission held a (virtual) workshop titled Liquidating Letter of Guarantee during Claims’ Suspension on Monday, 1442/01/05 A.H, corresponding to 2020/08/24 A.D.

The workshop was attended by 40 experts from the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Commerce, Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority, and Capital Markets Authority of Saudi Arabia.

​​The workshop aimed at examining the possibility of addressing the liquidation of the letter of guarantee during the suspension of claims in the Bankruptcy Law.​​
