​​​​​​The Bankruptcy Commission, in collaboration with AlixPartners​, organized a webinar titled Crisis Management during COVID-19 on Tuesday, 19 Ramadan 1441 corresponding to 12 May 2020.

The aim of the Commission is to enhance the understanding of the successful parameters of maintaining the value of the company during COVID-19 by reviewing practical ways to maintain the business, enhancing the continuity of operations, continuity of supply chains, customer care and retention, support of the facility's leadership and culture. As well as the negotiation process through creditors management, finding ways to improve human capital, and improve information technology to make crisis management work during this pandemic.

The symposium was presented by a group of experts and professionals from AlixPartners: Alessandro Missaglia, Managing Director in AlixPartners, Gabriel Chahine, Managing Director in AlixPartners, Elie Fakhoury, Senior Manager in AlixPartners, and Mauro Trabatit, Senior Manager in AlixPartners.
