Bankruptcy Commission received the representatives of the Representatives of General Secretariat of the Committees for Resolution of Insurance Disputes on Tuesday 1441/06/26 A.H corresponding to 2020/02/20 A.D., the visit aimed at exchanging experiences and look into the latest practices in the field of institutional organization as well as the field of communication and awareness, in addition to the action plans currently adopted.
The agenda of the visit included an overview of the Bankruptcy Law, a discussion of several crucial points, the Commission's strategic map, performance indicators, value chain, operating model, operational and technical infrastructure, risk management procedures, a review of document preparation methodology, and the strategy and methodology of project management.
