​​​​​​​​The Commission conducted a workshop to introduce the Bankruptcy Law to employees of The Capital Market Authority at the headquarters of the Authority in Riyadh on Thursday 06/01/1441 A.H corresponding to 05/09/2019 A.D, as part of the program to raise awareness about the Bankruptcy Law and its implementations.

This workshop is one of series workshops, seminars, and courses that aim to raise awareness about the Law.

The workshop discussed several main topics that includes: highlighting the stages of development of Bankruptcy Laws in the Kingdom, understand the general legislative framework of the Bankruptcy Law and Its Implementing Regulations, as well as know and understand the role of the judiciary, Bankruptcy Commission, officeholders and experts in bankruptcy procedures. (Protective Settlement, Financial Restructuring, Liquidation).
