​​​​​​The Bankruptcy Commission and Saudi Authority for Credited Valuers signed a memorandum of understanding on the sidelines of the First Conference on Resolving Insolvencies' events on Tuesday, 25/08/1440 AH, 30/04/2019 AD.

The memorandum was signed by the Committee's secretary-general, his excellency Mr. Majed Bin Abdulrahamn Alrashid, and by the Authority's secretary-general, Mr. Sultan Bin Jries Aljries.    

Both parties signed this memorandum because they had a mutual interest in raising awareness about the law's regulations and organizing relevant events.​
