​​The Bankruptcy Commission published a guidebook about filing for bankruptcy procedure on its website. The Guidebook explains the different steps of filing for the appropriate bankruptcy procedure in accordance with regulatory requirements. 

The Guidebook also presents - to both the debtor and creditor - the methods to prepare and file for any of the seven bankruptcy procedures in four steps: reviewing the framework for bankruptcy, deciding on the appropriate procedure, preparing documents and information and, finally, filing for the procedure. The guidebook also contains checklists that assist the applicant in preparing the required information and documents for each procedure.
