Organized by Eisar, a focus group was held as part of the Continuing Education Programs directed at bankruptcy Officeholders and experts, titled “Problem-Solving and Crisis Management Skills in the Work of a Bankruptcy Officeholder”, on 24 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1447 AH, corresponding to 15 December 2025 AD, at the Executives Hotel in Riyadh.

The focus group aimed to discuss several themes with specialists in the field, exchange practical experiences, and enhance professional capabilities in dealing with challenges and problems faced by bankruptcy Officeholders. The session also reviewed a number of effective problem-solving methodologies and supporting tools for analyzing root causes, in addition to discussing the most prominent challenges that may arise in the Officeholder’s relationship with the debtor, creditors, or other parties related to bankruptcy Procedures, and presenting possible solutions that contribute to the development of best professional practices.

It is worth noting that the focus group lasted for two hours, starting at 10:00 a.m., and was attended by approximately (25) bankruptcy Officeholders and experts. The session provided a rich space for interventions, exchange of experiences, understanding of challenges, and the extraction of best practices.​
