“Eisar” held a virtual awareness workshop (remotely) titled “Business Continuity Solutions Provided by the Bankruptcy Law” on Tuesday, 11 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1447 AH, corresponding to 2 December 2025 AD, in cooperation with the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance communication with the business community and coordinate with relevant entities.
The workshop aimed to review the key stages that economic establishments go through, and the proactive preventive approaches that contribute to reducing challenges, with the objective of lowering the level of distress and bankruptcy cases and raising awareness of the necessary measures in this regard. During the workshop, the possible solutions provided by the Bankruptcy Law were introduced, along with its enablers, regulatory mechanisms, and benefits. The workshop also reviewed the presentation of the key results of the survey on causes of distress, as well as the services provided by Eisar on its website.
The workshop was attended by individuals interested in the Bankruptcy Law, including entrepreneurs, bankruptcy Officeholders, and experts. It concluded with a discussion of participants’ inquiries and responses to them in an interactive framework that contributes to enriching knowledge and strengthening understanding of the Bankruptcy Law and its Procedures.
