“Eisar” held a virtual awareness workshop (remotely) titled “Business Continuity Solutions Provided by the Bankruptcy Law” on Tuesday, 11 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1447 AH, corresponding to 2 December 2025 AD, in cooperation with the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance engagement with the business community and coordinate with relevant entities.

The workshop aimed to review the key stages that economic establishments undergo, and the proactive preventive approaches that help reduce challenges, with the objective of lowering the incidence of distress and bankruptcy cases and raising awareness of the necessary measures. During the workshop, the possible solutions provided by the Bankruptcy Law were introduced, along with its enablers, regulatory mechanisms, and benefits. The session also reviewed the key results of the survey on the causes of distress, as well as the services provided by Eisar on its website.

The workshop was attended by individuals interested in the Bankruptcy Law, including entrepreneurs, bankruptcy Officeholders, and experts. It concluded with a discussion of participants’ inquiries and responses in an interactive format that contributes to enriching knowledge and strengthening understanding of the Bankruptcy Law and its Procedures.
