Under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, Minister of Commerce, EISAR will host its 2025 Conference under the theme: “Opportunities for Business Continuity and Achieving Economic Sustainability Solutions.”
The event will be held on 13–14 October 2025, bringing together leading regulatory bodies, international organizations, legal experts, and senior executives to discuss modern frameworks for restructuring and financial reorganization, with the aim of strengthening the stability of the economic system, protecting business entities, encouraging domestic and foreign investment, and contributing to the realization of Saudi Vision 2030.
The EISAR 2025 Conference comes at a time when the Kingdom is preparing to become a regional hub for companies and investors seeking financial reorganization and debt restructuring solutions. It aims to build an integrated ecosystem that supports investment, ensures the continuity of economic activities, and opens new horizons for employment and growth opportunities.
The conference highlights the role of financial reorganization in supporting business continuity and presenting practical solutions to achieve economic sustainability. Its sessions will discuss the evolution of related legislation, which has positively impacted regulatory frameworks and contributed to creating a safer, more attractive business environment that protects enterprises and enhances the continuity of their operations.
Key themes of the conference include effective strategies for business restructuring, managing the impact of financial distress on creditors and investors, and proactive approaches to prevent distress through early-warning systems and risk management mechanisms. The program also addresses several specialized topics dealing with accelerating economic changes and potential financial crises.
The agenda features opening remarks, panel discussions with regulatory bodies, and keynote lectures on global lessons learned from corporate restructuring, in addition to executive sessions exploring how financial distress can be transformed into opportunities for growth. Experts will also present case studies of successful billion-riyal restructurings and share hands-on experiences in distressed-company financing, pre-packaged insolvency plans, and creditor negotiations. Other sessions will examine the role of specialized commercial courts in ensuring swift, transparent, and predictable outcomes, as well as the development of the distressed asset market as an attractive investment environment for both local and international investors.
EISAR Secretary-General Abdullah Saad Al-Mogheerah explained that the conference takes place as the Kingdom accelerates its efforts to strengthen its economic and legislative foundations in line with global best practices. He noted that the event is not merely a platform for dialogue but a catalyst for shaping an integrated vision that safeguards economic entities, supports investments, and promotes business continuity—by bringing together regulators, industry leaders, and international experts.
He emphasized EISAR’s commitment to contributing to the creation of a transparent, sustainable, and investor-friendly Saudi economic environment. The conference marks a significant milestone in the fields of restructuring, financial reorganization, and business continuity in the Gulf region, further reinforcing the Kingdom’s position as a regional leader in fostering a stable, transparent, and business-friendly economy while offering practical strategies for building institutional capacity, strengthening investor confidence, and driving sustainable growth.
