Eisar conducted three in-person workshops titled: “Preventive Settlement in Light of the Bankruptcy Law,” as part of the activities held during Law Week organized by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at). The workshops took place from 7 to 11 September 2025, at Monsha’at Support Centers across various regions of the Kingdom, including Madinah, Jeddah, and Al Khobar.

Eisar’s participation aimed to raise awareness and clarify legal mechanisms that support business continuity and enhance the sustainability of small and medium enterprises. It also sought to promote integration with enabling entities that support entrepreneurs. Law Week, organized by Monsha’at, featured the participation of over 40 public and private sector entities, with a focus on investment opportunities in the legal and consulting sectors. The event aimed to elevate legal awareness among entrepreneurs and highlight the role of legislation and legal services in ensuring the longevity of entrepreneurial ventures.

It is worth noting that the workshops were attended by 85 participants. Each session concluded with an open discussion during which attendees’ questions were addressed.
