Eisar held a virtual workshop titled “Cross-Border Financial Restructuring” on Wednesday, 21 Muharram 1447 AH, corresponding to July 16, 2025, as part of its continuing education programs for bankruptcy trustees and experts. The initiative aims to enhance practitioners’ competencies and promote the exchange of knowledge and expertise.
The workshop covered several key topics, including an overview of international experiences in cross-border bankruptcy, the legal frameworks governing such cases, and practical examples that help clarify how restructuring is handled across jurisdictions.
The session was attended by (395) participants, including trustees, experts, and professionals involved in bankruptcy-related activities. The workshop concluded with a discussion of participant inquiries and the sharing of relevant case experiences, contributing to a deeper understanding of cross-border procedures and aligning local practices with global developments in the field.
