Eisar held a virtual workshop on Wednesday, 09 Dhul-Qi’dah 1446 AH, corresponding to May 7, 2025, titled: “Statutory Timelines and Planning in Bankruptcy Procedures”, as part of its continuing education programs aimed at bankruptcy trustees and experts.
The workshop covered several key topics to enhance the efficiency of procedure management, including: planning for managing bankruptcy procedures, timeframes for procedural tasks, statutory deadlines that trustees must observe, and best practices for achieving effective administration of bankruptcy proceedings.
The session witnessed active participation from bankruptcy trustees, experts, and professionals working in related fields, with a total attendance of (395). The workshop concluded with an open discussion to address participants’ inquiries and facilitate the exchange of professional insights.
