Eisar held a virtual awareness workshop titled "The Bankruptcy Law" on Wednesday, 5th of Ramadan 1446 AH, corresponding to March 5, 2025, in collaboration with the Saudi Business Center and the Ministry of Commerce, as part of its ongoing efforts to raise awareness of the Bankruptcy Law and enhance understanding of its mechanisms and legal enablers.
The workshop aimed to introduce the Bankruptcy Law and the available procedures for addressing the situations of distressed economic entities. It also highlighted Eisar's role in enabling business continuity through the development of legislative documents, the provision of guiding manuals, electronic services, and training programs for practitioners and interested parties in the field.
The one-hour workshop was attended by (160) participants and concluded with an interactive discussion that addressed attendees’ questions, contributing to greater awareness and deeper understanding of the Bankruptcy Law and its procedures.
