​​​On Monday 22/5/1440 A.H. (28/1/2019 A.D.), the Bankruptcy Commission conducted a workshop titled: “The Project of the Rules Governing the Work of Bankruptcy Officeholders and Experts" at Double Tree Sheraton in Riyadh. Professionals, accountants, lawyers and officeholders attended the workshop that included the opinions of targeted professionals in the rules of the Bankruptcy Law. The workshop contained several panels including “The role of Officeholders and Experts in the New Bankruptcy Law, its Implementing Regulation and Implementation Mechanisms." The competences of bankruptcy officeholders were discussed along with implementing mechanisms.​​
